Hrádek u Nechanic is one of the newest and most remarkable chateaux in this country. Its unique nature is due to the fact that it was built in Tudor style literally on a green field, and its appearance has remained unchanged to this day, unlike other Neo-Gothic houses such as Hluboká, Lednice or Sychrov, which were converted from earlier buildings.
