Online Tickets for the Basic Tours

Online tickets are available only for guided tours conducted in Czech and for selected tour times. If the available times are not suitable, tickets for other Czech-language tours can be purchased at the chateau ticket office, subject to availability. Payment can be made in cash or by card.

English- and German-language guided tours cannot be booked through the online ticketing system and must always be arranged in advance by email or telephone. Online tickets are not intended for travel agencies or organised groups, which must also book in advance by email or telephone.

Online tickets do not need to be printed. Please arrive in good time before the start of your tour and have your ticket ready for inspection. If you do not receive your ticket by email, please check your spam or junk folder.
